Domestic Shipping (Israel)
We ship orders within Israel using a trusted courier service under contract with me.™
Couriers deliver across the entire country, and all shipments are handled under strict privacy and data-protection agreements.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping through global carriers such as DHL, UPS, and similar services. International delivery times, customs duties, and import taxes may vary depending on your country.
me.™ is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by international authorities.
Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.
Returns & Consumer Rights (Israel)
All purchases made on me.™ are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981) and related regulations.
Right to Cancel
Customers who purchase through our online store have the right to cancel their order and request a refund in accordance with Israeli law.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and, when possible, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal restrictions, including customized or personalized products.
Timeframe
Under Israeli law, eligible products may be returned within the legally defined period (typically up to 14 days from receiving the item), provided all required conditions are met.
Cancellation Fees
Where permitted by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the purchase price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply. No fee will be charged for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. In such cases, me.™ will cover the return shipping cost.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at care@meshop.co.il within the allowed return period. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
Our support team will provide you with return instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Legal Notice
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Israeli law. If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the law shall prevail.
