Thank you for shopping with me shop. This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which products purchased through our website may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן).
Right to Cancel a Transaction
Customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
To be eligible for cancellation and return:
- The item must not have been used.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Cancellation Fee
According to Israeli law, the store may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100₪, whichever is lower.
This fee may apply when processing refunds for returned products.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products that have been used.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Products damaged after delivery.
